Citronella Anti Barking Collar

A Citronella Bark Collar against the cause of my dog for epileptic fit?

My dog is in a lot of drugs for epilepsy ( Luckily we only have one or two seizures a month), but has recently started to complain and bark, while a pile in the car. I have to start having a baby over the next three months and they have to resolve this problem, or I will not be able to carry it out with me and not want to leave at home all the time. Obviously you can not use a spray bottle while I'm driving, so I was wondering if a citronella anti bark collar would be a good thing or make it fit? I need advice, thanks.

One of the major triggers of seizures is stress, so the collar citronelly baby and could cause an increase in seizure activity.
